INJURIA SINE DAMNUM

TheLaw.com Law Dictionary & Black's Law Dictionary 2nd Ed.

Latin for injury without damage. It means injury without damages, e.g. opening up a competitive store will cause injury to the first store’s business but no legal damages as a result of the competition for customers. See damnum sine injuria.
