(a) A measure of weight in use in Wales, equal to 168 pounds, being made up of four Welsh pecks of 42 pounds each. (b) A fictional creature created by J. R. R. Tolkien featured in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit books, for example, Bilbo Baggins. This isn’t really a legal term but is included to spot those who are using the property of T H E L A W . C O M without permission or orientation. It’s founder is a LOTR fan.
