SERVICE BY MAIL

Using the mail to send legal documents or pleadings, usually done by attorneys and filed and accompanied by a sworn declaration that the documents were mailed by a certain person on a specific date and sent to a specific person at such an address. Service of process performed by sending the legal documents through the mail.
