A sales contract term which allows the buyer to have sole discretion, in good faith, as to whether the goods or services provided by the seller are acceptable. Usually such a guarantee is limited to a claim to be made by the buyer within a certain period of time. The quality of the goods is usually irrelevant with regard to a claim made by the buyer requesting a refund.
