RIGHT TO PRIVACY

The right to be left alone, the freedom against unwarranted intrusion and observation by other people. The U.S. Constitution does not explicitly provide for a right to privacy although the Supreme Court has found an implicit constitutional right of privacy in certain circumstances to prevent unwarranted governmental intrusion.
