REDELIVERY

A yielding and delivering back of a thing. Redelivery bond. A bond given to a sheriff or other officer, who has attached or levied on personal property, to obtain the release and repossession of the property, conditioned to redeliver the property to the officer or pay him its value in case the levy or attachment is adjudged good. See Drake v. Sworts, 24 Or. 198, 33 Pac 663.
