OMNIBUS CLAUSE

An auto insurance policy clause that provides for insurance for any driver of the motor vehicle who had the insured’s consent to drive the vehicle. Also is a catch-all clause usually used in a will or in matters of probate that covers all remaining property not distributed specifically.
