NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD

TheLaw.com Law Dictionary & Black's Law Dictionary 2nd Ed.

Known as the NLRB, it is an agency created by Congress to administer and enforce the National Labor Relations Act. It regulates union activities, elections, remedies unfair labor practices by both unions and employers and may issue decisions with regard to labor disputes.
