MODEL RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

Rules of ethics governing attorney conduct that was originally created by the American Bar Association to replace the standard Code of Professional Responsibility. This includes all aspects of the practice of law including conflict of interest, honesty, duties of confidentiality. Most states have adopted the Model Rules entirely or in part with some modification.
