FELLOW SERVANT RULE

TheLaw.com Law Dictionary & Black's Law Dictionary 2nd Ed.

An old rule which made an employer not labile for injuries that occurred to an employee as a result of the negligence of a fellow coworker (another employee.) Workers’ compensation law has superseded this rule.
