EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER

A term used for an employer who does not discriminate in the hiring and conduct of their business based upon an employees race, color, creed, gender, age, religion or disability. Typically this term is used by employers in advertising, hoping to make themselves more appealing to high quality employees.
