DOMICILUM CITANDI ET EXECUTANDI

Latin legal term that means the domicile (address) where a party in a legal contract agrees to be served. The parties to a contract will typically include a clause containing the address where legal notices are to be sent and makes it incumbent upon that party to notify the other party or parties of any change of address after the execution of the contract.
