BROWN V. BOARD OF EDUCATION

A well known U.S. Supreme Court (Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka) adjudicated in 1954 which stood for the proposition of equality in the treatment of black and white people and, in this case, referring to separate education institutions that were provided for each racial group.
