ADMINSITRATOR WITH WILL ANNEXED

An administrator who replaces an executor that is named in a will. This occurs when a will doesn’t appoint an executor or the named executor is unavailable to serve as such. See ADMINISTRATOR CUM TESTAMENTO ANNEXO.
