REVERSE DISCRIMINATION

When unfair treatment occurs in the reverse of the usual pattern of discrimination, where members of a minority unfairly treat a member of a majority group, e.g. regarding employment discrimination, where a promotion for a deserving white person is given to a member of another minority group solely on the basis of race.
