A current of water; a body of flowing water. The word, in its ordinary tfense, includes rivers. But Callis defines a stream “a current of waters running over the level at random, and not kept in with banks or walls.” Private stream. A non-navigable creek or water-course, the bed or channel of which is exclusively owned by a private individual.
