In the law of real property parcel signifles a part or portion of land. As used of chattels, it signifies a small package or bundle. See State v. Jordan, 36 Fla. 1, 17 South. 742; Miller v. Two officers in the exchequer who formerly made the parcels or items of the escheators’ accounts, wherein they charged them with everything they had levied for the king during the term of their office.
