NONDISCHARGEABLE DEBTS

Debts that cannot be eliminated by the filing of bankruptcy, including Chapter 7 bankruptcy. With regard to Chapter 13 bankruptcy, nondischargeable debts are required to be paid in full during the payment plan or there will be a balance at the end of the case. The most common nondischargeable debts are most income taxes, alimony and child support, most student loans and personal injury judgments.
