NO FAULT

Several types of no fault policies exist. (A) Divorce: In order to obtain a divorce, a party no longer needs to show a reason or ground why the other party was at fault so that a divorce may be granted. (B) Automobile Insurance: An insurance policy where only limited basic damages are paid to injury victims of a car accident, regardless of who was at fault for the accident. It is designed to reduce the number of auto accident cases in court and to lower the overall amount of car insurance policies.
