LASCIVIOUS

Tending to excite lust; lewd; Indecent; obscene; relating to sexual impurity; tending to deprave the morals in respect to sexual relations. See Swearingen v. U. S., 161 U. S. 446, 16 Sup. In Connecticut. A term including those wanton acts between persons of different sexes that flow from the exercise of lustful passions, and which are not otherwise punished as crimes against chastity and public decency. 2 Swift Dig. 343. It includes, also, indecent acts by one against the will of another. Fowler v. State, 5 Day (Conn.) 81. Lascivious cohabitation. The offense committed by two persons (not married to each other) who live together in one habitation as man and wife and practice sexual intercourse.
