LARCENOUS

Having the character of larceny; as a “larcenous taking.” Contemplating or intending larceny; as a “larcenous purpose. Larcenous intent. A larcenous intent exists where a man knowingly takes and carries away the goods of another without any claim or pretense of right with intent wholly to deprive the owner of them or convert them to his own use. Wilson v. State. 18 Tex. App. 274 51 Am. Rep. 309.
