Usually refers to the combination of several early versions of an agreement into one final agreement which supersedes all prior versions. May also be used in reference to the combination of people of different races who were prior segregated, usually for anti-discrimination purposes such as the busing of children of the school of one race into another location which consists primarily of people of another race.
