The rights set forth in the Bill of Rights (first ten Amendments) and include the 13th, 14th, 15th and 19th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. Essentially this is the collective of all the rights and liberties which citizens enjoy, such as the freedom of speech, assembly and religion, equal rights, etc.
