ANTENUPTIAL CONTRACT

Agreement made between spouses prior to marriage with regard to disposal of property in the event one of the parties dies. the agreement made between a man and a woman before they get married with provisions for property disposal should they divorce or a partner dies. See antinuptual settlement; premarital agreement.
