Someone who aids a person who commits a felony with knowledge that the person helped has (a) committed a felony and (b) helps or intends to help them avoid capture or punishment.
The requirements usually are the assistance of another person who:
- has committed a felony crime;
- after the crime has been committed
- with knowledge that the person helped has committed the felony crime; and
- with the intent to assist the person avoid capture or punishment.
