TUTOR PROPRTUS

The name given to one who is rightly a guardian in socage in contradistinction, to a tutor alienus.

TUTORSHIP

The power which an individual, sui juris, has to take care of the person of one who is unable to take care of himself. Tutorship differs from curatorship, Vide Pro-curator; Pro-tutor; Undertutor.
